At Eternal Feather Jewellery, each piece is carefully handmade with attention to detail and quality. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. No Returns or Exchanges (Change of Mind)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference changes

  • Delays within the stated shipping timeframe

  • Minor handmade variations in colour, texture, or detailing

As each item is individually crafted, slight variations are normal and not considered defects.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photographic evidence of:

    • The damage/defect

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after 7 days of delivery.


4. Return Process for Approved Claims

If your claim is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging unless otherwise instructed.

  • Failure to follow return instructions may void eligibility.

We are not responsible for items lost in return transit unless instructed otherwise.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalised jewellery

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed defective.


7. Consumer Rights (UK Customers)

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
