3. Products & Handmade Nature

All products sold by Eternal Feather Jewellery are handmade. As a result:

  • Minor variations in colour, size, shape, or detailing may occur.

  • No two pieces are identical.

  • These variations are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colours exactly.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time without notice

  • Refuse or cancel any order

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary depending on stock and production workload.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Postal delays

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Peak seasons

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds (UK Compliance)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of Eternal Feather Jewellery and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:
